James was outstanding from the very first time we spoke. He is always punctual, he does everything he promises and always followed up to make sure everything was okay. He also helped us alot with the purchase of our new home. He has been an excellent source of support and advice the entire way through selling and buying. Nick demonstrated a totally professional, relaxed and personal approach to the sale of our home in what may have been a difficult time. He provided us with advice on how to best present and market the home including any aspects that could be improved. Nick kept in contact regularly about the inspections and effectively negotiated a successful sale for us as well as satisfying the buyers needs.

When we first started on the process of putting this house on the market, we approached 3 real estate agents.Of the three James immediately impressed us with the maturity of his approach, his obvious deep knowledge of the real estate market and his energy and enthusiasm to help us.As it turned out our property presented a number of special challenges involving the heritage character of the house, the awkward configuration of the house itself on the large block and the poor state of many elements in the structure of the house due to pest infestation.With James's help and professional approach these issues were worked through and a number of potential purchasers were identified by James and his colleague Andrew. At the close of the selling process James moved into high gear and was successful in negotiating what we believe was the best possible financial deal for us. We commend him for his professionalism , his open and consultative manner and for making what could have been a fraught process for us a trouble free time. We are located in Canberra and this added to the difficulties we faced but again we were able to feel that at all times we were in control of the selling process.
