Lots of local Knowledge
Easy to deal with so I felt relaxed as a first time landlord that they had the skills to handle my Investment Victoria and her team were excellent in their experience and skill to rent out my property

Rental department needs to improve
The rental manager needs to make sure that he/she represents the owner and work to provide cost-effective services. When the rental manager hires external tradie he/she needs to negotiate with the cost and try to get free quotes. Also, the rental manager shows record all the property in timely manner and make sure that the tenant looks after the property well.

Quick and Proactive
Very happy with our dealings with Ray White Carrum Downs. When we went for house inspections, RAY white were the only hosue inspection we went to that did temperature checks and had hand sanitiser available.

Couldn't be happier!
Lenka has been a complete super star! We had our tenant of 5 years give us his 4 week notice period and she found us another great tenant within 2 weeks! She has also kindly managed the various issues we've had with our property including leaking roofs and has been so easy to deal with. Thank you!
