Rental Renewal - Smooth and Easy!
Ray White at Carrum Downs contacted me to let me know that my tenant would be moving on. I was a little concerned as, in my experience, this can end up being a painful process. It wasn't! The property was advertised, people visited, and I had four applications on the property. That meant we could pick the best tenant not just take anyone! Thanks Guys - Much Appreciated!!

Great Communicators
The transitions into our new rental was smooth and enjoyable. The house was as expected when we moved in and the agent made known to us that we may contact them about anything we needed. There was a mistake on their behalf regarding our rent payment but they clearly communicated and efficiently solved this issue.

A very well renowned real estate
My first home was through Raywhite some 17 years ago. I was impressed with the service then. When I chose to invest a year ago I gave Raywhite the first opportunity to handle my investment . Our move to 5/93 cadets road
We are so pleased with the service our property manager Lenka. Was very helpful friendly and the whole process was done quickly and stress free. From beginning to end and we are so pleased with our new home Knowing as well if we have any problems or query’s she is there for us to go to. Can’t praise enough.
