No need to look elsewhere. Flawless experience.
I had called a few different agencies in the area to lease out my investment property. Victoria was very pleasant to deal with and was always honest and very competitive for the service they provide. We were able to lock in a tenant within a few days in the midst of COVID -19 with all my expecations on rent recieved and type of tenant being found. Peter my property manager called me daily to keep me posted and ask any questions if he had any. It was an effortless experience and i am grateful for the team at Ray White. Couldnt reccomend more highly!

Great Agency
Even through restrictions and complications of covid my property manager still communicated with us frequently and answered any questions we had. We had a smooth transition into our new home. Any requests we had for our landlord our property manager communicated to them.

Outstanding service and fantastic communication
My first experience with Carrum Downs Ray white team been fantastic. I’m very satisfied with their great knowledge and skills in all field of real estate industry . My house went for rent as soon as they advertised it . Their communication skills is also another element contributing to their success, the success that benefit themselves and clients both . They have always been so polite and helpful. I can’t be more happy than this !

Great agency
Great agency, definitely the best in Currum Downs! The team works hard to help me out during this hard time, sad to see the lovely tenants go because of this covid pandemic, but with Ray white team's help, they could leave for good, and I could get another tenants without loosing much, really appreciate the hard work, feel we've been looking after, thanks team!

Smooth operation
I had been looking for a rental for quite sometime but because I didn't have rental history, it made it very difficult. I felt my application hadn't even gotten to first base, which was very disheartening and frustrating but at the same time I totally understood the reasoning behind it. With Ray White, it was different, as they went a little further in trying to find out what sort of person I am. Knowing that they were making enquiries into my character was very encouraging for me and now, here I am, in my new home. I'm so grateful that Ray White put the time and effort in, to find this new home for me.

Fantastic Experience

Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, anything small they just get it sorted and keep me in the loop. Anything bigger they reach out and have a conversation and still get it sorted. Any questions or queries, they help out anytime they can. Tenant, Strata, Rent, Market - what ever my questions they just give me straight forward answers! Thanks Guys, you rock!

Ray White is a Great Agency with extremely helpful agents,very friendly and more then willing to help you when in need for example. me and my mother had to move out of the house we were renting as it was riddled with termites and was no longer safe to live in which meant we had to move out asap.the agent that we went through at ray white carrum downs went above and beyond to help us find a place and get settled in.one of the best agents that i have dealt with over the years.i would highly recommend them to anyone.
