David provided excellent service from beginning to end. He took control of what would have been a stressful situation for us. He organised everything including the massive cleanup the house needed, inside & out. Everything we asked for was looked after. Highly recommended!

Aarryn was very knowledgeable and communicated very understandably and clearly to us, the vendors. I would not hesitate to recommend him to future buyers. It was a very challenging sale but he gave very wise advice and this builds trust which is so important when making big decisions.

After open discussions over time and keeping up to date with the market Aarryn was the go to man. Communication meant we were up to date with the buyer market and got the price we wanted and more. Presentation was spot on which was a team effort through discussions. Aarryn and the Ray White Team at Carrum Downs displayed an honest and thought out campaign from Pre-sale, on the market and post sale and until we settled. If you want a carefree, honest, team effort and just a great group to work with head to Aarryn and the team at Ray White Carrum Downs. We were thrilled with our result considering the current market and with our combined efforts got the result.

Aarryn was extremely hands on with us from the moment we contacted him to sell our property. He does his homework and goes the extra mile for his vendors. He advised us as we got the property ready after our tenant moved out and was proactive with organising and providing feedback throughout the sales campaign. He achieved the exact price we were after. Thanks again Aarryn!!

Aarryn Cooper went above and beyond to help us get the price we wanted for our investment property. He co-ordinated the renovations before going on the market all the while keeping us in the loop every step of the way. He gave us great advice and was able to secure a sale pre auction which exceeded our expectations. We will be asking for Aarryns help when we sell our home in the future.
