However, Aarryn made sure He got me all the information I needed to make hard decisions and gave me plenty of time to think about what I wanted to do. During the sale itself he kept me very informed and gave his opinion when needed, but I never felt any pressure. During COVID times he went out of his way to work ‘outside’ the box to get the sale sorted for me and the buyer, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Aarryn to anyone selling their home or rental, because he really does give it his all, keeps you informed and knows a lot about the local market. He made the whole process very easy, which I was shocked about due to such challenging times.

Aarryn first gave me an appraisal in January 2019. He was exceptionally helpful and patient with all my questions regarding what I needed to do to get the house ready for sale. He was able to find and recommended tradesmen needed to prepare the house which I had previously found difficult. I will admit to being unsure about putting the house on the market during Lockdown, but I was astounded with the result that Aarryn was able negotiate the sale of the house sight unseen and unconditional. I think very highly of his real estate knowledge and I must also mention his kindness to me in times of personal crisis. A remarkable and memorable young man.

It was a pleasure dealing with Aarryn during the sale of my late parents' house - especially as he had to liaise with two family members living in different states! He was very professional, took great pains to explain everything, especially as I live in Western Australia and I'm not familiar with aspects of property sales in Victoria, and kept us informed the whole way through. He was available for phone calls or emails at all hours of the day and night - taking into consideration the time difference between Victoria and Western Australia.
