The teamwork between my real estate agent and myself started out in the early part of our meeting together as Ben Williams was my rental property agent and he was extremely helpful and we felt he was able to get the things done we required with minimum of fuss , it is comforting to use such a person , although Ben later moved on to the sales area, periodically touching base to discuss my property , then only to have our paths cross again when it was time to sell the property Ben again directed us through the sale and coaching and assisting us with the little things , the unit not only gained a contract on the first open day but to achieve $25000 above the recommended value of the unit , needless to say we would and have already recommended Ben Williams and Ray White real estate to any who asks , and to no end the investment property journey has been so much easier after the encounter with Ben Williams. thanks again Ben. from John and Sharron Ward.
