Streamlined process, great communication and teamwork
Raph has a very well oiled machine to manage the sale process. He is realistic with his advice on what to do to achieve the best result, and taking his advice gave me a much better sale price than I expected in this market. His team are proactive in their communication and they keep me up to date constantly on what is happening throughout the campaign. Everyone worked well together and nothing got missed. Highly recommend using Raph and his team.

Excellent communication from start to signing the contract of sale
Excellent communication from the start to the finish until signing the contract of sale. Kept in touch via either e-mail or text messages keeping me up to date with the progress of sale. Raphael went out of his way to sell my property. Excellent Real Estate Agent who I would strongly recommend to other people who are interested in selling or buying.
