Helped us to find what we were looking for
After being in the market for ages, meeting Raphael was really lucky for us. We lost that one but Raphael knew what we wanted and kept us in the loop when he had something that he thought would meet our needs. He asked all the right questions, understood what we wanted and only suggested we view a place when it ticked our boxes. When we saw one that was right, Raphael was always available to either answer our questions or approach the vendor to find out what we needed to know.
