I genuinely say he is the best agent I have ever dealt with, he is professional, friendly, patient (we were lazy and took 12 months to put it up for sale) and does not push you or make you feel pressured at all. He kept in contact through the year just to keep touch, he assisted with trades as need (I requested his help) and their prices blew every other quote I got out of the water. We are reinvesting in another property and he is our man, words do not do this guy justice.

As a person in their late fifties I have dealt with many real estate agents in my time, having bought and sold many properties over the years. Unfortunately many of them are the reason that RE agents have such a bad reputation. However, dealing with Raph and the team at Ray White for the sale of my property in Coburg (and the leasing prior to the sale) was a breath of fresh air. I am in business for myself and have no links or relationship with them.....on that I want to be clear. Raph was open, honest and straight up with us from the get go. He is passionate about his industry and works long into the night to achieve a successful sale for his clients. I do not have any more properties in their immediate area but will use them as a yardstick with my dealings with other agents going forward.
