Rick Pignetti and his team were presenting a property for rent and from the moment we walked in the difference in professionalism was visible. Unlike most agencies, they had two agents presenting the home as well as fliers neatly placed on the bench. It felt like we had walked into a home for sale rather than a rental. This just demonstrated the care they give to the owner of the home, ensuring the property is safe whilst open for inspection, and that the renter is also greeted and the property explained. This makes the biggest difference as it just allows that perfect two-way fit between renter and client.
