I engaged Stone Real Estate to source tenants for my property. So I did not lose any rent Rick secured tenants the day after my tenants moved out. A very tight turnaround! He also worked on a Sunday to ensure a smooth transition of the tenants. Additionally, I originally engaged another agency to source tenants. After 5 weeks they could not help me. A friend referred Rick and Rick sourced 2 lovely tenants in 1 week! Excellent service. Goes above and beyond.
