Found Trish to be open & honest in our dealings, her guidance, knowledge & the relentless work ethic within & outside of work hours to sell our property, was beyond our expectations. This reflected in the end result of securing a Sale in a short period of time, we would highly recommend Trish & call upon her in any future properties that we sell.

Trish has helped us sell our home in as little as 4 weeks (auction). She has guided us through the sale process as this was the first time we sold a home, and kept us up to date with all that was happening. After each open she called us to say how many people came through, what they thought of the property and whether they were interested or not. By evening usually we would have a written report of it, with names of the people who went through the property and their intent. I was really surprised to get calls and emails from Trish way after the working hours of their office was over. I felt that she worked extremely hard to get the best possible price for our home. Thank you, Trish!

Trish is a wonderful person to deal with who will actually return your calls when you ring. We dealt with a number of other real estates and honestly you wouldn't feed them with a Shangai. Trish on the other hand was a pleasure to deal with and is highly knowledgeable about the area she deals in and cares about your happiness. We could not be happier. I highly recommend Trish to anyone wanting to buy a house or land. Thank you Trish.

We could not have been happier with the service provided by Trish throughout the selling process. Trish was always punctual, immaculately presented, very courteous and respectful of our time. She went above and beyond and was always communicating feedback with us as it came to hand. She was supportive and helpful, and knew how to positively deal with interested parties to benefit us as the vendor.

From the first time I met Trish I found her to be a bright, cheerful person who was easy to talk to and answered all my questions without any hesitation. Her knowledge of the market was first class and I would not hesitate to contact her in the future should the occasion arise. A lovely person to deal with.
