We were needing to move in to a rental 1 week prior however the agent stated it was not possible as they have arranged for the rental to be cleaned. We entered the rental with expectations of a clean home. The walls were full dirt and splattered fluid substances. the carpets were not steamed. the side skirts were dusty , blinds were yucky and there was a surprise left in the toilet bowl for us to find. Furniture and objects of previous tenants were not removed. Called Ray white multiple times to get this issue addressed and all they recommended me do was put it in a property report. Very poor customer service or satisfaction and extremely poor overall service.
