Amazing! They go above and beyond.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the excellent service Ray White Cranbourne have delivered. Back in October 2019 I needed a rental valuation for the bank as we planned to use our house as an investment. I called Bridget and she was straight onto it. My broker was so impressed with how quickly she was able to get things sorted. With this in mind I contacted her again when our property was ready for tenants. Bridget met us at the house after hours within a couple of days, and once again we were so impressed with her professionalism and how quickly she made us feel at ease. We are first time landlords so we had plenty of questions. The house was listed as a rental three business days later. Then Chloe came into the picture. She found excellent tenants for us the following morning, less than 18 hours after the house was listed! They signed and paid the rent and bond a few hours later. So basically this awesome team had tenants for us in less than a day! I highly recommend Ray White Cranbourne to all potential landlords and tenants. Awesome A CLASS service
I’d like to write a compliment for Chloe Cook. In less than 6hrs from a Enquiry text msg regarding a property, I became a new tenant! She was so easy to deal with, followed up with every msg and call, assisted me with what I needed to do! My partner and I have been with Raywhite since moving into our own home from the beginning and we were looking to rent with Harcourts! Chloe convinced me and reminded me why we need to stay with Ray White. What a world class service! Made me feel very important to Ray White as tenants! Please, if this could be passed on to Chloe Cooks manager, I would much appreciate it! Biggest thanks to Chloe for her hard work and determination. This lady has honestly made my experience in finding a house absolutely unforgettable. She took time out of her day to show me the property i was interested in privately, knowing i was coming from the other side of town. She submitted my application to the owner that day knowing how eager i was to get this house. I could rate her any higher. She was also so professional throughout the whole process

In good hands!
I am new to being a landlord, we were very nervous about renting out our first family home. But Patricia, Chloe and the rental team made it very easy, are responsive to enquiries and even found a great tenant before the first open inspection! I feel as a landlord we are in good hands and feel at ease knowing our home will be well looked after.

Great Team and Very professional
I will recommend this team to every one who want to rent their property in Casey. Great service. Made sure that I am updated with the development happening on tenant search throughout the journey.
