We moved into a house that had NOT been cleaned, had a broken toilet seat & shower head, broken towel rails, the previous owners left an old couch in front of the garage and the shed on the property was full of rubbish. - the list goes on. On contacting the agent, we were informed they were aware of the issues and they'd be fixed shortly - absolutely disgusting response, they happily took our money but could not provide a house intact and access to all amenities. On vacation of the property, the shed was never emptied, the toilet seat was replaced with a seat too small and overall we couldn't have been happier to be out. This isnt the first house we've rented but we will NEVER rent with Raywhite again nor recommend them to anyone.
