The advertisement in realestate.com I thought was incorrect from the start, the house has 4 bed and 2 bathrooms but it was advertised as 3bed 1 bath, which i think limited enquiries, and probably lengthened the vacancy time.I had to plead with he manager to up grade this add for which I was charged again for the change. Also communication was very ordinary, i was told in the first week that I would get a call every monday to discuss feedback from potential tenants but did not receive a single call. It seems that Ray white Cranbourne like to do all comms through email and text and do not like to pickup the phone and talk, very disappointing, this is not the way I like to do business.
