Great experience all the way through from updating old gloomy photos to classy bright & very professional ones backed by a great ad on Realestate.com which appeared same day as authorised. This was backed up with great service from Suri who constantly updated me on everything with emails, texts & phone calls when needed. Had a tenant signed up in just over a week from initial ad !! Certainly made what could be a stressful process comfortable & seamless. I have leased my home with Ray White for 12 years & have found their service to be fantastic with AnneMarie being outstanding in her role.

We are very happy with the level of professionalism we received from Ray White Cranbourne's property management team when we recently leased out our property. Former tenants gave vacation notice during the Christmas holiday, and our previous agent informed us that their office would close during that time and reopen in mid-January. We were worried because we had to wait for a new tenant for months. But I found out Ray White Cranbourne is open during the holiday season. As a result, I quickly changed real estate agents and all inspections and open houses were conducted right away. During the entire process, they send emails regarding inspection schedules, results, and selection processes. A new tenant was found within two weeks, and the lease agreement was signed just the first week of January. The team's dedication and willingness were greatly appreciated. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Suri the leasing consultant for finding a quality tenant for us. In addition, the property manager Maushmi was available for any queries during the holiday season, and we were kept in the loop at all times. As a result, the whole process is far less stressful than it would normally be. We are very grateful for the wonderful service provided by the Ray White Cranbourne team.
