While this was the first time we’ve officially rented, I’d say the communication with Ray White quickly being able to let us know what we were missing on our application and how to achieve being considered made the experience good. I liked how quick and efficient everything was as we were notified 24 hours later that we were accepted and it was amazing. I have only just secured a rental property with Ray White in Cranbourne and we are yet to move in, but so far my dealings with Sophie Bridges have been great. Getting back into the rental market after 30+ years started out as a daunting and stressful experience. Not knowing what to expect or how to go about it as all the rules had changed.
