Kevin was very prompt with returning calls, inspecting the property and providing an rental assessment, I live interstate and Kevin had offered to collect the keys of my new investment from my family friends house, He went beyond and above with his service. Sophie & her team were prompt, great communication after open homes and feed back from potential tenants. Job well done!

The second property we have built and let Raywhite to organize leasing out. Caitlyn Keep is the one who managed our first property and she did the amazing job for the second one too. Easy to communicate. Happy to work with her again. Thank you Caitlyn.

I chose Ray White Cranbourne to find a tenant and help manage one of my investment properties. I was under a LOT of stress at the time and every team member I dealt with was very friendly, competent and accommodating. I think it is great that you deal with different people depending on which stage you're in with them. Initially I dealt with Mia for all of the on-boarding, initial paperwork and rapport building. She is super friendly and was there to answer all of my questions and provided help whenever I needed it. I then moved onto Sophie when it was time to advertise my property and start letting people through for open inspections. Sophie has great industry experience, promptly did all background checks and also looked after me very well. Both ladies are competent and always returned my text messages and calls promptly if they couldn't answer on the first call. Now that they have successfully found a suitable tenant (and swiftly might I add) I am now moving onto my actual property manager, Amy. I have yet to deal with Amy so understandably I cannot provide feedback as yet for her but I am confident she will be fantastic as it seems that Ray White Cranbourne maintains the same level of work ethics amongst their team members.

Quick Results. That’s how I would sum up my experience with Sophie of Ray White Cranbourne in securing a rental place for my family. She understood the urgency of our situation and wasted no time to help us find a place to rent. We applied on Sunday, got approved Monday and signed the contract Tuesday. Thank you Sophie! You saved us a lot of grief. Regards Priscilla
