I interviewed 4 separate agents from the Cranbourne area. All except Matt came into my house and wanted to review the property to get an idea of value and selling range. When Matt came in, he wanted to sit down and discuss what my plans/goals were for the property and where I was wanting to move onto. That's the difference. To be honest I even kicked one of the agents out due to being so smug *cough* Obrian *cough*. Matt was completely different by trying to help me get what I wanted and not lining his pockets with commission.
