The property manager/agent does not provide personalised service. She appears to be just going through the motion, eg. System generated emails, emails for her own convenience, apparently pro tenant rather than landlord who is paying the management fee, superficial, the rationale/logic for how matters arising are conveyed seemed to be missing. In short, the quality of the communication/relationship can be further improved. More so when the landlord is out of the country and needs to be able to visualise and relate.

Got the keys 12:30 Friday We have a blown up hot water service, house was filthy. Including not cleaned windows. No garage remote handed over Water damage roof No lawns mowed no garden care done. Called about hot water service and no hot water to shower on Friday 3:30 heard nothing for emergency plumber called again 11:30 Saturday finally had an emergency plumber attend at 7pm Saturday. Unable to fix needing replacement. Items left at property from last tenants.

My partner and I have been looking for a house for several months. My experiences with Ray White Cranbourne have been a little mixed to be honest, but once Brianna Tuckey sent me an email asking for clarification on my application details and I called her directly, she was a great communicator and took the time to understand our circumstances, then followed through with our references. It can be frustrating and difficult to apply for properties entirely online, without that human interaction and understanding. I am pleased that when I was finally able to reach out to an actual person, things moved really smoothly. Ray White obviously has a majority grasp on this rental market, so working with them is, in a way, inevitable. It's nice to know that when your name comes up as a landlord preferred type of candidate, their agents are happy to follow through until the job is done.
