Mark has great patience skills while listening to me and to understand my requirements in terms of buying a property . He wasn’t in rush to sell and told me wait until he will find something right according my budget. I have requested few extra inspections for my satisfaction which he was able to organise as well. From day one we could tell Matthew was an easy going bloke, when viewing the property he was very knowledgeable on the area and the condition of the house for the price. He knew we wanted a fixer upper and he let us know what needed fixing without sugar coating everythibg like some agents we met. He always kept in close contact with us even late at night which made the whole process alot easier. Top Aussie bloke! Recommended if you want someone honest
