No Fuss Top Performing Agent - 10/10
Looking at the best sales results in the area I reached out to Kate and another agent at a rival company. Kate replied almost instantly and the other agent never even acknowledged the email (O’Brien *cough*) On arrival Kate had an air of confidence and acted as such, but not in an arrogant way. She instilled us with confidence of her knowledge and her ability to achieve a top price. Kate was always flexible around us for meetings and communication and the overall process was seamless. The process, thanks to Kate was so much easier than we had imagined being our first home sale. There was no messing around, just get it done and we are extremely happy with the result selling within 2 weeks and achieving a great price at the top of our range. I would highly recommend Kate over any other agent and would not hesitate to use her again even if it is in a different suburb. Thanks Kate! Jacinta and Shane

Great Service, will recommend to anyone without a second thought
Chaminda brings with him the full market knowledge and experience in real estate, and just by talking to him its easy to realize his expertise in the field! Still he has his feet firmly on the ground and is very approachable and we felt we had the freedom to discuss anything with him. Being first home buyers, we were nervous and apprehensive about our purchase, but Chaminda had the answers, and made the process very smooth. We would recommend his services anyone without a moments hesitation!

Terrific agent and a great team behind her
We selected Kate and Ray White Cranbourne because of her great track record. When we reviewed the home sales in Cranbourne West Kate's name consistently appeared so that was a good start. Communication with Kate and all of the team was a breeze, they gave good feedback, always answered queries quickly and efficiently. The sales strategy advice and timing were effective and efficient. Each part of the process from arranging photos, flyers, online listing, open day, feedback and sales negotiation was professional and inclusive. We always felt we knew what was going on and our needs were considered. We would highly recommend Kate and her team in fact the whole experience of dealing with Ray White Cranbourne was very refreshing not to mention exceeding our price expectation with a sales 2 days after our first "Open for Inspection" Thanks Kate, you did a terrific Job.

Disappointed
I did not feel we had a great service. We had to select our own promotional photos because the selection that was suggested didn't reflect our house well. The large "for sale" board only appeared less than one day before our first open for inspection. Communication was poor and Chamindas colleague was late to the first viewing (he had the promotional house brochures and failed to turn up completely to a private viewing). I felt we were fobbed off with excuses. When we didn't accept the first 2 offers, which were below and at the bottom of our price range, Chaminda seemed to disapprove. My husband and I felt like he wanted a quick easy sale. Following us turning down the offer he also removed our promotional video from his Facebook page (not that it reflected our house well anyway). I would not recommend him to anyone.
