Thank you to Bree from Raywhite Cranbourne, she has been nothing but helpful to get my little family into another house with only 60 notice. We had alot of difficulty getting a tenant ledger from my current agent and Bree did everything she possibly could do to help get everything she needed from them. The process of reviewing rental applications could use some improvement as we were contacted by multiple people throughout the process who were asking for the same or conflicting information which led me to believe they weren't communicating with each other regularly. And now that I have rented the property and moved in I'm still receiving emails from the agents about new properties coming on to the market. Aside from that, the people are all lovely to deal with.
