I have been searching for a house for the past couple of months. Due to covid it was so hard and most of the agents made it so difficult to deal with them. There is an agency around the wantirna area who hasnt replied to our phone calls and voicemails for the past two months! But Brianna from Raywhite was extremely different. Totally different. Our experience with her was so smooth and easy. She first of all listened to us when we phoned through and wasnt in a hurry to hang up on us (which was quite surprising as real estate agents these days always keep aloof and just want to hang up abruptly). She always spoke to us in a pleasant and friendly tone, and wasnt legalistic but still followed all the protocols of the agency and treated us with respect and care. Due to work reasons we had to move pretty quick and the inspection was organised in a convenient time and the approval and paper work was handled very professionally.
