We were fully confidant in choosing Chaminda to sell our family home. He previously sold an investment property for us and did a flawless sales campaign and transition and most importantly reached our price expectation. Chaminda is very knowledgeable, open and honest and very professional. No false promises. He was always available on the phone or to meet us at the property. Responded to emails really quickly. Since the day we decided to sell the property, he kept guiding us through the process until the settlement was all done. We achieved the price we were looking for. We have no hesitation what so ever to recommend Chaminda to anyone who's looking to sell their property. He is the best agent we have worked with by miles.
