I have been with Ray white for more than 3 years and have yet to go an experience which was not up to high professional standards. My latest experience with Suri Phak-Uthai as leasing consultant has been excellent and he found a good tenant quickly and conducted thorough research on tenants before approaching me for further discussions and approvals.

I viewed a few rental properties through Ray White. One time, the agent was running 5 minutes late but still took the effort to text to let me know, even though it was only 5 minutes. Ray White kept me in the loop on the progress of my applications and, when I was successful, I was phoned and had detailed instructions on next steps provided. I have had no issues in dealing with Ray White and found them to professional and friendly.

In terms of finding a new tenant - Ray White at Cranbourne did an excellent job. Found a new suitable tenant quickly, new tenant was able to move in quickly after previous tenant moved out and did a really good inspection report at completion of previous tenant. Excellent and I don't think it could have been much better. However around the same time I made a request for some information I required to complete a tax return. To obtain this information was more difficult than it really should have been - no response to initial email, difficult to speak to anyone on the phone, office not helpful and got transferred to person who was unwell (I think). I'm thankful I finally received the information I was after - but it just seemed to take longer than it needed to and got a bit frustrating. I'm sorry if this comes across as ungrateful - I just didn't receive what I was expecting. I know very little about your office - but I would expect it to be a team that helps each other, rather than expecting a person who is unwell to do their job anyway. Sorry this has taken so long to reply - I would actually prefer to talk to a person rather than write something that I can't explain if it is mis-understood.

Firstly I had Kevin Cabezas help set up our account and transfer of the houses accross, then Suri Phak-Uthai assisted with leasing of the property. Both were amazing - courteous, communication was excellent and their updates frequent. They listened to what we wanted and suggested other things - could no be happier.

Recently I was placed in a difficult position, where my landlord decided to sell the property I was living in for over 8 years. I had heard of the difficulty in finding a rental property but then found myself searching every weekend trying to find a new home, it was so very hard and disheartening. I had met Sophie Bridges at a few inspections I'd bee to and I found her to be the most professional, approachable, and helpful agent out of all my inspection....and I went to a LOT trust me! I finally found the most perfect home for me and my children and I have Sophie to thank for that. She went out of her way to communicate with me after hours, knowing how stressful it was waiting for an answer. I was so very grateful. After moving I now communicate with Jenny Ho, who is so considerate, professional, helpful, and just an amazing person.
