Claire is a great communicator, and she generated so much interest in our property, it was the number 1 clicked property on Realestate.com for the month. We are extremely privileged to have been dealing with Claire throughout this process in looking for a place in Mossy Park. Our criteria was very high, and when we finally found our new home we weren't confident that our offer would be successful. During the negotiations over more than a week, Claire kept us in the loop and we trusted her to represent us fairly and in the best light to the sellers. Claire was very happy to be the go-between with regards to the purchase of some furniture and artwork and we got to meet the sellers during the process, which was a fantastic way to meet a few more neighbours.
