We were happy happy we chose Vivien to sell our home. We believe Vivien achieved the best possible result for us. Our result was achieved through hard work and dedication - not a flash sale strategy. Vivien and her team were a delight to work with - professional and courteous at all times. We unreservedly recommend Vivien Yap. Regards, Mark & Jane

We are extremely privileged to have been dealing with Claire throughout this process in looking for a place in Mossy Park. Our criteria was very high, and when we finally found our new home we weren't confident that our offer would be successful. During the negotiations over more than a week, Claire kept us in the loop and we trusted her to represent us fairly and in the best light to the sellers. Claire was very happy to be the go-between with regards to the purchase of some furniture and artwork and we got to meet the sellers during the process, which was a fantastic way to meet a few more neighbours. We are very grateful for her local knowledge, diplomacy, and most of all integrity as a salesperson. I would trust her again as a future buyer or seller!

Dean has sold a house for us. We came to know Dean from another home opening and we found Dean to be a very sincere, honest, and humble person. He has achieved great results through this sales and truly amazing Energy by Dean (his Energy, our results). Fantastic work and thank you!

Candi and her amazing team sold my Cottesloe property with speed and efficiency . The property was sold to person from Candies data base . A cash offer, one house opening, no bill boards or realestate .com . I received a better than expected price . Candi at all times was professional, calm and in control of the whole process. She displayed a dignified and professional manor at all times . Being an older person and on the dislexic spectrum , I was very grateful of Candi s generous assistance . I thoroughly recommend Candis services . Susan Linda Anne Godlonton

Dean helped with every aspect of preparing the house for sale. He is a great communicator and always kept us up to date. We would use him again without hesitation and highly recommend his services to others.

We enlisted Dean to sell our house in Subiaco. This is the 5th time Dean has sold for us. Dean bought enormous energy, enthusiasm and passion to the process. He updated his knowledge on Subiaco as an area by doing extensive research to make sure he was across every aspect of our house and the suburb. He even produced a flyer on the aspects of the house being a heritage listed house which we thought was very helpful to buyers. Dean also maintained our gardens for us through the sales process which meant we had one less thing to worry about. Dean kept us very well informed through the whole process and in the end he achieved an amazing sale price that far exceeded our expectations. Dean is professional, attentive and an absolute pleasure to work with. We can't recommend Dean highly enough.

Extremely happy with how Dean managed the sale of our first family home. His extensive skill and experience in negotiation and sales helped us get a price well above our expectations. Dean was very dedicated and professional through the entire sale process, even helping us resolve items needed for settlement whilst we were overseas, which gave us great peace of mind. We will definitely be listing with Dean again in future.

Sarah was a pleasure to deal with and was available to assist us with advice while we were navigating a new home purchase and sale of our old home. Her initial appraisal was spot on, and she worked hard to achieve a positive result for both the purchaser and us.
