Vivien and her team are highly professional and very thorough in taking clients through the often complicated process of bringing a property to market. She possesses expert knowledge of properties in Nedlands and neighbouring suburbs and so was able to make an appropriate initial valuation as a plausible starting point for the sale. To make us feel comfortable about the auction process, we were invited to one of her auctions of a similar property nearby and we saw the benefits of this method of selling, with the winning bid comfortably exceeding the reserve. Vivien and her team were able to assist in coordinating several important repairs and upgrades to our property, along with the staging of the house, to maximise the outcome of the sale. The allied service and trades people she used to present the property (in the best possible light) were wonderful. We found Vivien to be extremely hardworking, often messaging, emailing and calling us outside of normal business hours to keep us up to date on any developments in what can be a tortuous process. Moreover, she brings a human touch to what can seem a solely commercial process and she was sensitive to the emotional impact of the inevitable hiccups that occur when selling. Vivien also demonstrated great flexibility in adapting to market changes, buyer interest, and our concerns throughout the process. Perhaps the most impressive thing Vivien and her assistants bring to the process is their network of other agents and the consistent development of a pool of potential buyers for her properties. Vivien was able to annex an impressive range of interested clients to the point that we had a number of serious offers after the very first preview opening of the property. She showed that she is equally adept at selling by private contract, without the need for an auction, as in our case. To summarise, we could not recommend Vivien more highly.

She is a highly skilled negotiator that has the interest of both seller and buyer in mind.
