I bought my Fremantle property through Dethridge Groves many years ago and I was very impressed with their sales department. Since then the team managing the rental of the property have been unfailingly capable, efficient and courteous. They have dealt with many interesting scenarios over the years, like the years that I leased it out at half rate to my nieces and nephews, and somebody set the unit on fire, like the time the tenant had to be evicted for making too much noise, and now recently they sorted everything out when the tenant absconded. The members of the team have changed over the years, but they have always been people who were willing and able to provide a wonderful property management service

DGRE have managed out Perth property for the last 4 years. As country landlords, we were reliant on our property managers, Leanne and Sami, for all aspects of service and have not been disappointed. Leanne goes above and beyond in attending to maintenance and tenant related issues. She has even attended our property outside working hours to ensure replacement fittings were delivered and painting had been attended to between tenancies! Sami’s strengths were to keep us well informed regarding inspections, advertising and re-letting. Her administration skills are excellent. If she had to contact tenants or arrange maintenance it was done the same day. Our thanks to an excellent company.
