I chose Ray White Drummoyne to Auction my Studio Unit, which was furnished by their Stylist, because of previous dealings via another Unit owner in the building which involved visiting their office on a couple of occasions. Not being involved in selling a property for many many years Mario Carbone, a Principal in the business, was extremely helpful in explaining the advantages of the Auction process, introducing me to a solicitor whom I engaged and covering every last detail. I had bi-weekly progress reports from Jessica and Mario over the four week campaign. His wife Jessica, a Principal in the business, was involved with selected potential clients. This was a very wise move. The result was a sale, before Auction and at a very satisfactory price.
