From our first meeting Jessica and Mario put us at ease with their understanding and empathy of the circumstances of the sale. However they exceeded our expectations with their knowledge of the local area, the nuances of current market conditions, and an excellent strategy for reaching prospective buyers who might otherwise not have known about or considered this property's neighbourhood compared to some better-known waterfront suburbs.
