Blayze had built a relationship with me over a few years regularly checking in to see how my property journey was going. Once I decided to sell he put me in touch with some of his contacts to get the unit ready. He went above and beyond to ensure the property was well presented, even offering to paint the back deck! Nothing was ever to much trouble, from dealing with difficult neighbours, body corporate, mortgage brokers and conveyancers, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Blayze has great negotiating skills and seeks to understand the prospective buyers circumstances to be able to maximise the sale price. He always kept me informed during the sales campaign whether it was good or bad news. I would highly recommend Blayze.
