Exceptional Service
We have just recently sold our property through Ray White Ferntree Gully, Matt Morris and his team provided us with exceptional service. Matt has made himself known to us over the years calling in and offering his services for appraisals and offering updates on the market. It has been an absolute pleasure working together, Matt offered advice on marketing the home, presenting the home and his communication skills were excellent. We were sent written reports regarding the open inspections and received lots of feedback on the prospective buyers opinions. We were lucky enough to sell before Auction day receiving an excellent offer, which we believe we received because of Matts negotiation skills on our behalf. Our sale was an emotional sale for us as we were selling our family home where we have lived for 23 years and brought up our children, Matt was very sensitive to our position and helped us every step of the way. We highly recommend Matt Morris and his team if you are considering selling your own home.
