Ben Thomas was impossible to reach during the purchasing process. It's been a terrible purchasing experience for us as first home buyers. We would not recommend him or the Ray White Ferntree Gully office to anyone.

WOW... when I met Lar in Feb this year, I knew she was the agent for us to sell our home. She came across as a very genuine person. She knew that we weren’t in the position to sell our house at that time, so she gave us her details to contact her when “WE” where ready.
