Before we selected an agent we spoke and had appraisals from three Estate Agencies. We asked Lar to sell our property because of her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. We sold our property within two and a half weeks. Lar used her negotiating skills to sell for a price we were very happy with. Throughout the whole selling experience Lar was always available to answer any queries and kept in contact on a daily basis. She even made herself available to us afterhours and on her day off. We have since purchased a new home with a different agency. We got to know Lar so well we have asked her questions about the buying of this home and she has been more than willing to assist us even though she has not been involved.
