Paul had been in frequent contact with us for years prior to selling our house. This was just to keep us in contact with the local market movements, giving appraisals, offering advice on renovating (in terms of what will increase our property value without over capitalising for the area), or just for a friendly chat. Apon purchasing another house we had very limited time to get our house on the market and sold for a good price. From the get go Paul was very efficient, helpful and friendly taking all the stress out of our rushed circumstances. We took on board all of his advice on presenting the house for sale which in turn helped us to receive a sale price that we were very happy with, substantially above the baseline quote we had in mind for a quick sale.
