On the way up
Matt has the right attitude and good ethics and that's 90% of what's required. His enthusiasm for his work is already accelerating his career. Matt is very likable and has exceptional Customer Service and communication skills. I would recommend anyone to use his services.

A TRUE PROFESSIONAL
Ben Thomas took one look at my house and assured me it would be sold within two weeks. My first 'open' was on a Saturday and by Tuesday it was sold at the price I wanted, needless to say I was very happy as I can now move closer to my family. Ben's confidence and professionalism was there from start to finish and I will most definitely recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Highly Recommend
Paul had been in frequent contact with us for years prior to selling our house. This was just to keep us in contact with the local market movements, giving appraisals, offering advice on renovating (in terms of what will increase our property value without over capitalising for the area), or just for a friendly chat. Apon purchasing another house we had very limited time to get our house on the market and sold for a good price. From the get go Paul was very efficient, helpful and friendly taking all the stress out of our rushed circumstances. We took on board all of his advice on presenting the house for sale which in turn helped us to receive a sale price that we were very happy with, substantially above the baseline quote we had in mind for a quick sale. Easy Selling With Ben Thomas
I would like to thank Ben Thomas for the top job he did in selling our property and would highly recommend him to others looking to list their homes in the Ferntree Gully area.
