Dealing with Grady was a comfortable experience,as he backed up what he intended to achieve.
Grady was on the money with his expectations of where the property sat in the market place.He backed up on what he intended to achieve with our property.Grady kept us well informed of all the movement with interest in what was happening with the house and he delivered a good result in the time frame given and we were pleased with the result .Dealing with Grady was a pleasure for us.
