After 5 years plus of using Ray White I am underwhelmed with the lack of Professionalism in management of my property which has steadily deteriorated during this period. Repeated changeover of staff means history of property condition and focus gets lost. Property inspection seem to be a tick the box exercise with everything deemed “reasonably clean” when the carpets are wrecked with stains and a the kitchen is filthy despite new appliances. Reluctance to withhold bond when tenants leave the property in a grotty state. Poor quality work but high costs from recommended tradespeople. I now choose my own tradies get better work for about half the price. I have never once got through to the property manager of the day by phone - always unavailable. I have requested a property valuation multiple times over a 3 year period but so far no response. It took 3 months to let my property in a rental market that is supposed to be under supplied. Advertising was apparently not well handled which didn’t help together with slow processing of applications and losing prospective tenants. The current property manager is by far the best so far and he is doing a good job but the overall track record is not great.
