Ellie arrived before inspection time to open house and doors. She spoke as she went past and said good afternoon. Answered all my questions with knowledge of the property. One question she double checked to make sure she gave me the correct answer. On leaving said would be in touch with updates as I informed her I was going to apply. True to her word she did and informed application. Ellie was very helpful all the way through the process and gave all the information that I requested. Once the bond had been paid she went through everything and we will be moving in this Friday. Thank you. Look forward to meeting up with the property manager Jack Limon that you have arranged.

We could not attend on a time made, so Ellie made a special trip to let us in, most agent would not anser their phones, let alone doing this. We had some IT hickups during application process, and her help through that was exceptional. She put up with my constant calls as well. Amazing journey.

We asked Ray White to lease a property for us. From the first contact Ray White inspired confidence and delivered in terms of responsiveness to our individuals needs. All the team members were professional, great communicators and knew their stuff. Each team member had their own 'portfolio' of responsibilities and as a team they delivered a great service efficiently. They clearly explained the responsibilities of all parties involved and set clear expectations. Even though it was over the Christmas period with people on leave they continued to provide us with a responsive and efficient service. The property was leased from the first inspection. We have recently released an investment property with Ellie from Ray White Frankston.
