We were pressured from the moment we inspected this property to apply. Once approved we weren't asked to have the bond back within 24 hours, but within a "few hours to secure the property so no one else can get it". The property is a mess. Rubbish, junk, scrap metal littered everywhere. We applied and were approved with a dog, this is unsafe for him. No weeding or lawn maintenance has been done. We have had to fix many hinges and doors already. These are things that the person doing the inspections should check. We were also told the BBQ is believed to be in working order. It's not. This was an advertised feature in the listing. Considering how quickly we sent the bond, I really would have expected some money to be spent on the property before we moved in to clean it up. Very unprofessional. If we handed the house back in this condition you wouldn't give us our bond back. Also, don't ask me to leave a good review in an email just so you can get a bonus.
