Talk about a quick turnaround, a couple of quick inspections and straight into negotiating the price. Brooke was across all of the details of the property and as a result our decision to progress with the purchase was straight forward. We did check out a couple of other options in the area, however, 35 Woodlands Grove was a stand out in terms of being move in ready. Purchasing a property is always a stressful exercise, this was minimised by Brooke and the Ray White support team. The end result for us is a great new home in a terrific location.
