Austin has kept in contact with me for several years as i had originally decided to sell our investment property 4 years ago. I took the property off the market off the Market due to Capital Gains Tax Issues Once retired and land Tax introduced by the State Government together with a poor tenant, i contacted Austin late last year to restart the selling process.
