When we decided to sell we did the usual due diligence and brought in 4 local agents. I found that 3 were playing very safe and giving a low price range and were dead against auction even with low stock numbers. Andrew was the only one game enough to suggest a higher price and to let the market decide by auction. We attended a property auction nearby that Andrew had listed previously. That property sold for a very healthy price and was the clincher for us to finally pull the trigger and put our home on the market.
