I chose Adam because he sold my friend's house in my area. Turned out to be a good choice. Adam knows my area very well and his estimate of what I would get for my house was spot on. I found him to be genuine, extremely helpful, always accessible and very knowledgeable. He had a lot of good tips and advice on preparing for sale. The house sold quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend Adam, especially if you're in the Lakewood area of Frankston.

As stated, Market is hard to predicted Austin's communication regarding the responses at inspections were good, he advised us constantly with what was going on.
