Very good. Market is hard to predict with so many unknowns.
As stated, Market is hard to predicted Austin's communication regarding the responses at inspections were good, he advised us constantly with what was going on. He provided the support to get the property to be sold it was below what we wanted but in this climate we were still happy with the price.

Right from the get go Brooke was amazing, she facilitated inspections at the last minute, was efficient at replying and provided us with all the information we ever asked for. Brooke is professional, has excellent market knowledge & regularly communicated during the campaign.
Brooke is very professional and has excellent knowledge of the local area. She is reliable, responsive and friendly to deal with. She was in regular contact throughout the campaign to help us know how our property was being received by the market, and how to get the best possible price for it.

Professional and great communicator
We met Brooke at an open for inspection. Were super impressed with her follow up and her later auction result. It's never easy to sell a home and we interviewed several Agents but Brooke's Local Market Knowledge and her professionalism made the choice simple. At every stage of the campaign, we were kept up to date with reports and phone calls. She made the whole Auction experience seamless. Without her hard work, I honestly believe we would not have achieved such a good result. Brooke is now helping us with advice for searching for our new home. Brooke is proof there are honest and reliable agents out there.

A VERY GOOD CHOICE
We were very pleased with the way the pre-auction negotiations were handled by Ash - our plan was to sell our old house and buy a downsize in a similar area (but not too near!!), and hopefully settle on the same day, which eventually worked out beautifully.
