Our experience with George Devic began in Feb/March 2019. We put the property on the market but about 2 weeks into the sale project we suffered a broken water pipe broke in the wall between the kitchen and bathroom that resulted in major renovation that took almost 12 months. we moved into emergency housing. George consulted with us constatly. Resumed the sale process in Jan 2020 when George suggested after a meeting we Auction the property. We agreed .
