Ash Weston and Ray White Frankston were the agents for the seller of 5 Brigantine court, Frankston, which we won at Auction. I found Ash , Andrew and Ivana wonderful to deal with. Ash returned my call personally after we made enquiries into the property, and I really felt as ease after our conversation. Ash had a great insight into the area and the property which helped with our decision. On short notice they made a private inspection of the property for us, and again when my building inspector was available, the day before the auction. Ash, Andrew and Ivana are a young team with a fresh approach to customer care and was most appreciated. My wife and I highly recommend the team at Ray White Frankston for a great customer experience. Also, a big thanks to the girls in the office who took our calls.

Consumate Professional
Andrew's performance was faultless. He was energetic but not overbearing and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the area and also real estate processes and policy. I was completely confident accepting his advice and enjoyed discussing the campaign strategy. He left nothing to chance, and communicated all progress. His briefing on the day prior to the auction calmed my anxiety and the day went according to his plan, although I think he was as delighted as I was by the price. (An agent I had a competitive quote from before I chose Andrew was planning to set the price at $549 - $579k, so I doubt I would have got the price Andrew achieved.) The entire Ray White team was very supportive and professional - shame I don't have more houses to sell!
