The Best Experience - Extremely High Knowledge for the Area
Ash and his team at Ray White were by far the easiest agent I have worked with and we have worked with a few. Too many agents have had the last decade easy and think selling is handing out a brochure, not with Ashley and his team the exact opposite! Transparent communication, amazing detailed reviews sent to us for inspections every week, executed well on auction day with a minimum of fuss, we will be engaging Ashley and his team again for the next one

Secure her if you can
Brooke recently sold my Frankston property attaining the target price making the whole process seem so easy. She is very professional, hard working and has a very approachable personality. Excellent Agent
When I first decided to tell, I asked three agents to do an appraisal. Andrew was the only one honest enough to disclose and then explain upcoming changes to advertising laws. He was very professional and didn't harass me until I made a decision on which agent to use which ultimately led me to selecting him. He was super patient while we completed renovations that took longer than anticipated and in the end he negotiated an excellent offer and then sale for us. I would highly recommend him.

I knew I had chosen the right people to handle my house sale. Right from their opinion to modernize door handles to freshen the painting throughout the house. His experience & knowledge of what a buyer wants, was an enormous help to me. Andrew held open house inspections & let me know the feedback from interested buyers & non buyers alike. Constant feedback from interested buyers matured into offers to buy. Andrew negotiated between interested buyers & presented me with my buyers best offers. Jessie handled any inquiry I had, as to what happens next & the time frame documents, deposits & conveyancing are dealt with & if I had any questions I needed answered.
